Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and creative Wedding Content Creator to join our team and help us document and share the joy of weddings with our clients and for our own brand! You'll be assigned to work as a Content Creator either on behalf of the couple if they have purchased this service from us OR on behalf of Inayat to capture content for us to promote.

Applicants with existing content creation pages are welcome to apply; however, all content created for Inayat Events must remain exclusive to Inayat and cannot be cross-posted to personal or other accounts.

Responsibilities:

This job is event basis ONLY

-Photography and Videography: Use your iPhone to capture high-quality photos and videos of the wedding ceremony, reception, and related events. Ensure that each shot is well-composed and visually appealing.

-Storytelling: Create compelling visual narratives that reflect the unique story and emotions of each wedding. Use your creativity to bring out the essence of the couple's special day!

-Editing: Edit photos and videos to enhance their quality and ensure they align with our brand's style. Add filters, captions, and music where appropriate.

-Content Curation: Organize and curate the content you capture, ensuring that it tells a cohesive and engaging story. Select the best images and clips for social media sharing and for the couple and our brand.

-Social Media: Curate content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) based on current trends, audios etc.

-Client Collaboration: Work closely with the wedding couple to understand their preferences and expectations. Ensure their vision is reflected in the content you create.

-Equipment Maintenance: Keep your iPhone and any other equipment in good working condition. Report any issues promptly and seek necessary maintenance or replacements.

Requirements:

-No prior experience required! Just an eye for creativity :)

-Must be able to drive

-Proficiency in using an iPhone for photography and videography, along with knowledge of photo editing apps.

-Strong creative and storytelling skills.

-Weekend availability.

Assistant Coordinator

Location: NY/NJ/PHILLY

Job Description: We are seeking a Day-of Assistant Wedding Coordinator to join our team and help us execute seamless wedding events. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and organized individual with exceptional communication skills, who is passionate about making the wedding day perfect for the couple and their guests. As a Day-of Assistant Wedding Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the lead coordinator with coordinating and executing all aspects of the wedding day. This job is per event basis only (5-12 hours on the day of the event). You will get paid PER event.

Responsibilities:

-Assist the lead coordinator with the setup and breakdown of the wedding ceremony and reception sites.

Liaise with vendors to ensure they arrive on time and have everything they need.

-Coordinate the arrival and departure of wedding party members, guests, and vendors.

-Ensure that the timeline is adhered to and that all aspects of the wedding day run smoothly.

-Act as a point of contact for the wedding party, guests, and vendors throughout the day.

-Manage any issues or problems that arise and find quick and efficient solutions.

-Assist with any last-minute tasks or errands that need to be taken care of.

-Ensure that the bride and groom are comfortable and have everything they need.

-Assist with the distribution of any items needed for the ceremony or reception.

-Assist with any other tasks or duties as required by the lead coordinator.

Assistant Wedding Planner

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Assistant Wedding Planner to support the administrative and backend needs of our wedding planning business. This is a fully remote position, approximately 15–20 hours per week, designed for someone who already has experience in weddings or event planning and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

This role is admin-heavy and requires strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. You will be working closely with the lead planner to ensure timelines, vendor communication, and client details are handled smoothly behind the scenes.

Availability:
Applicants must be available Monday–Friday between 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (EST). While there is some flexibility within this window, consistent daytime availability is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to wedding planning

  • Manage and organize client files, timelines, and planning documents

  • Draft and send emails to clients and vendors

  • Track vendor information, contracts, and payments

  • Assist with scheduling calls, meetings, and planning milestones

  • Update planning systems and ensure all details are accurate and current

  • Support the lead planner with general planning coordination tasks as needed

Requirements (Strict):

  • Fully remote position — must have a reliable computer and internet connection

  • Prior experience in wedding planning or event planning is required

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously

  • Comfortable with Google Workspace, planning software, and digital tools

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow systems precisely

  • Must be able to pass a technical skills test
