Wedding Planner:

Responsibilities: Planners handle all aspects of the planning process, including budget management, vendor selection and negotiation, venue scouting, design and theme creation, and overall event management. They help you create a comprehensive wedding plan and timeline, ensuring every detail is taken care of.
Involvement: Wedding planners provide continuous support and guidance, offering creative ideas and solutions to make your vision a reality. They often attend meetings, tastings, and fittings with you to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.
Wedding Coordinator:
Timeline: A wedding coordinator usually steps in about a month to six weeks before your wedding day. Their primary focus is to ensure everything you have planned runs smoothly on the day of your wedding.
Responsibilities: Coordinators confirm and finalize details with your vendors, create a detailed timeline for the day, conduct the rehearsal, and oversee the setup and execution of the event. They troubleshoot any issues that arise on the day, allowing you to enjoy your wedding without stress.
Involvement: While they don't typically get involved in the initial planning stages, coordinators ensure that all the hard work you’ve put into planning is executed flawlessly. They are the point of contact for vendors and manage the logistics to keep everything on track.
